Main Menu
As we mentioned earlier, the MAINMENU.APR is designed to act as the central navigation point for your database. From the Main Menu you can get to all the other views you need to work in the database.

You will notice that the top button on the left side of the menu is titled Company Info. By selecting this button, you can go in and set up your company information. This information is designed to work within the Sales and Purchasing modules once it is entered. We’ll go into more detail about entering your company information and how it works with the rest of the application later in the Setting Up Your Data section of this manual. For now, we just want to take a brief tour of how the navigation between modules work.
Directly below the Company Info button is another button titled Utilities. Selecting this button will take you to the utilities module. This module is included to help you maintain your database and to correct any problems that may occur. Again, we’ll go into more detail about the utilities module in the Utilities section a little latter.
In the central area of the menu you will find two navigation buttons. These navigation buttons will take you to the two main modules of the database, Sales and Purchasing. We’ll go into the menus for sales and purchasing in detail in the next section, Setting Up Your Data.
