Known Bugs and Eccentric Behavior

1. Information (eg. Company Information, Customer Address) doesn’t always display automatically in the letters like it is designed to do. If you click on any blank area on the page the information will display.
2. When entering orders or making purchases, occasionally a message pops up notifying you that someone’s locked the database. If you click “no” the data you entered will hold. If you click cancel, the record will be deleted.
3. The insufficient inventory message occasionally pops up even though inventory is fine.This does not effect the ordering process.
4. When entering orders in the trial version, the database occasionally skips ahead to the next record. We have only encountered this problem in the trial version and believe it is due to the counter for the limited records.
