Setting up your quote printout
Now Built for Service has all the information required and you can proceed to the Text Quote section.
The printout of your Quote will include your company information, the name and address of the customer, the quotation number, and the person's name requesting the quote. All this information will have been entered previously, so we can proceed to the actual Text addition.
This is divided into two sections. This first paragraph can be used to thank the person for the opportunity to provide the quote. The section section for the details of the quote. You can use this in any way that fits your business style.
Following the two paragraphs, the actual charges are displayed.
This is followed by your name (or sales manager) and any title.
You can preview your quotation at any time and make the changes as required. Now you can print and submit your quotation.
